• Implemented Donor View organization management software.

• Grew relationship with MPD and Oneida Co. Sheriff to influence increased boat patrol presence.

• Helped MPD purchase a new patrol boat.

• Implemented Wake Surf Zones.

• Rolled out the Natural Shorelines Initiative.

• Staffed CBCW in a very challenging labor environment.

• Recovered $134,000 in past-due grant money owed to MKLPA.

• Developed the Shore Captain role and recruited and trained 14 Shore Captains to support membership growth.

• Introduced donation tiers and increased the average donation by 54% compared to the 2024 baseline.

• Added Fisheries to our core initiatives.

• Strengthened financial controls through new policies and the addition of a third-party bookkeeper.

• Established a financial risk tolerance policy, allowing us to leverage more lucrative financial instruments.
